You are going to just love this one…
themommykelly: (once again trying to force feed the Drama Queen meat) “Come on, Sweet Pea, have some num, num. It’s yummy!”
Drama Queen: (standing in a chair at the table, laughing in my face) Ha! No!
themommykelly: “It’s sooooo good, baby. Look. Mommy is eating it. Ummmm!”
Drama Queen: (now half-lying on the table to avoid the spoon) “No dooooooown’t!”
themommykelly: “Come on, Sweet Pea. Let’s eat dinner. Who likes dinner?!”
Drama Queen: “NO - BO - DY!”
Thanks a lot for that boost of confidence!

My teenagers would say the same thing. They still don’t like what I cook and guess what that means, they go to bed hungry! Hahahaha
so what was for dinner??
LOL!!! My youngest does not like chicken. He will put it in his mouth then immediately throw it on the floor. But he will eat an entire hamburger himself. GO figure!
LOL!
Tell me it wasn’t broccoli.
I could totally hear one of my girls saying that too:
NO-BO-DY
LOL!
I think dinner was some sort of turkey recipe… I don’t really blame the kid! Ha! I’m hoping she outgrow the insulting habit, though. LOL. It definitely wasnt’ broccoli… my kids love broccoli!!!!
You know, now that I think of it, it was “eat what’s on your plate or nothing” when I was growing up too! Way to early here to implement that strategy yet.
LOL! How cute!!
I have one of those, too.
You’re one of Amy at Musings fridge picks, so I thought I’d stop in and say Hi.
