Here’s my holiday message to the blogosphere and every other relative who will receive one of these Christmas cards. Princess and Drama Queen refuse to cooperate for a holiday photo session! I gave up yesterday and purchased these. Aaaah, sweet PEACE!

Hahahaha, I’m laughing because they would not cooperate. Do know how many times I have yelled and screamed at my kids to shape up while I’m trying to take their picture? There were years where I just sent out an ugly picture of them not smiling and even crying. Those were the days.
It’s a great card.
We couldn’t get pictures of our kids last year. I ended up giving them candy canes, sitting them on a bench at the mall, and snapping a candid.
So you have kids. HOW ON EARTH do you have a table that shiny? Not covered in scratches from fingernails, knives, wheeled toys, a strangled pet trying to get away. Where are the crayon scribbles and how on earth did you manage to wrap those presents. My tape disappears the second it comes in the door.
You must have some awesome mothering skillz going on there.
LOL about the kids! Some days I think those old contraptions that held them in place would be a Good Thing.

Yes, Fancy, I did take this photo, all by my frustrated lonesome. Not too happy with the way it turned out, though. There’s always room for improvement.
Wendy, for a minute I thought that you were from some other country where “taking great shops” meant that I do my shopping in the best stores, hence a beautiful holiday card. Ha.
Starbucks, I am just too damn much of a freakin’ perfectionist to send out anything but the very best shots of the girls. I will admit, however, that I am seriously tempted to send out the crying ones!
Kelley, the table that shiny has glass top, I shot around the million and a half wax marks that my girls made by slamming my decorative fireplace candles in a “ruin mommykelly’s decor fest” last Sunday.
The Wiggles’ Yummy, Yummy DVD is the secret to the wrapping, that, good paper purchase on huge discount at the end of last Christmas season and a scotch brand precut tape wrist dispenser.
