There is nothing that can be likened to the end of a Monday, beginning of a new week, yet equally the finish of a previously spectacular one! That would be today. Laundry still going strong at 8:30pm and the bills neatly organized for next week’s attention, I’m through and ready for sweet slumber.
If it seems as though my comments have disappeared from your own sensational blogs, please do accept my deepest regrets. Last week has to have been the busiest week I’ve had yet in 2008! Somehow amidst the hustle and bustle of family outings, play dates and preparing frantically for our fantastically wonderful visitors, I did manage to eke out a post or two and convince Hubby to mount the decorative tapestry cornice over our picture window in the living room (after a year of coaxing!). Somehow. Needless to say, last week’s real life has thrown my feed reader into full tilt and got me seriously missing some good ol’ blog reading entertainment! I hope to catch up in a few days time. Just try and stop me!
Despite my backlogged feed overload, however, I have to say, I wouldn’t change the last eight days for the world! That’s where the musing comes in. I am ceaselessly amazed at the beauty of time well spent in the company of good friends and family. Too amazed to whoop my tired-prego-mommy ass into finding the gumption to describe it at the moment. Let’s just say that watching my girls have a grand time with their cousins and remembering my own from way back when has got me so tired that I could have gone to sleep on Friday night and woken up this morning, no problem. I didn’t, of course. So, night-night for now.

I love using visitors as an excuse to get my husband to do stuff around here!
Good night!
Wow it sounds like you were whoopin’ it up! So glad you had fun with the fam in town. No need to apologize for your absence when you are getting good quality time in (and getting the hubby to do a little somethin’ around the house…lol) Get some rest girlfriend! You deserve it.
