  I'm just curious... does your child do things like this? In a moment of mommy distraction (okay, make that ten minutes of mommytime) quietly sneak into the refrigerator and steal food, say like a pound of fresh strawberries? And, if your child does do something like that, does she then sneak those strawberries into her "kitchen" in her playroom and proceed to patiently, yet speedily, deleaf the delicate fruit piece by piece and sprinkle the leaves over the entirety of the off-white area rug?   Ultra Violet Gel Nails are my latest obsession. Definitely a splurge of sorts, they have become a staple in my “feel good” beauty routine. I have, therefore, begun treating myself to such lovely things as an hour or so every two weeks of perfect pampering at the hands of some of Stamford’s finest Asian techs. Chinese to be exact and actually only one. His name is Steven, or at least his salon name is.   If the early mall decorating or the arrival of Thanksgiving were not enough to initiate us into the official start of the holiday season, my early Monday morning ventures have sealed the deal.   I should have known that this was going to be the start of a less than wonderful, crazy hectic week when our lovely local dumpster delivery guy cheerfully gave our doorbell a double ring at 6:15am this morning.  Whaaaat?!   Early to bed and early to rise… ah, the age old adage has always been a bone of contention for me.
